The largest export of Belarusian products was increased to Tajikistan: the highest figure among all CIS countries in 2022, Asia-times.org reports.
The Ministry of Industry of Belarus increased record exports to Tajikistan in January-November 2022, the press service of the ministry said. Over the year, the export of Belarusian goods to Tajikistan increased by 60.8%.
For comparison, exports to Russia grew by 52.4%, to Armenia - by 48.8%, to Kazakhstan - by 32.9%, to Kyrgyzstan - by 30.3%, and to Azerbaijan - by 14.4%.
In total, enterprises of the Ministry of Industry of Belarus in 2022 increased exports to the CIS countries by almost 40%. The products were exported to 120 countries of the world.
The growth rate of exports of goods of organizations amounted to 114.1%, imports - 101.7%.
Tajikistan buys various equipment from Belarus, and also imports oil products.
In October 2022, the Made in Belarus exhibition was held in Dushanbe as part of the Tajik-Belarusian business forum.
At the forum, representatives of the trade circles of the two countries established further cooperation in trade and economic spheres.
