On the coast of the "mountain pearl" of Kyrgyzstan, the grand opening of the summer creative school "Ala-Too Symphony" took place. The ceremony brought together in the cultural center "Rukh Ordo" in the city of Cholpon-Ata honored guests from Russia and Kyrgyzstan - representatives of the Russian Academy of Music (RAM) named after the Gnessin, headed by rector Alexander Ryzhinsky, parliamentarians, prominent creative figures of the republic, the Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and youth policy of Kyrgyzstan Altynbek Maksutov, Rossiyskaya Gazeta (RG) reports.

However, the full hostess of the event was the first lady of Kyrgyzstan - Aigul Zhaparova. Thanks to her support, the "Symphony Ala-Too" became possible. Therefore, the wife of the President of Kyrgyzstan can absolutely deservedly claim the "post" of the main patron of creative endeavors.

The guests of the ceremony witnessed a truly unique event. For the first time on the coast, on the site of the cultural center "Rukh Ordo", from where a magnificent view of Issyk-Kul opens, the ballet "Swan Lake" was staged. It was presented by the troupe of the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Abdylas Maldybaev.

“Everything went great,” Almazbek Istambaev, director of the Opera and Ballet Theater, overwhelmed with emotions, told the RG correspondent. - It was a real triumph of the Kyrgyz ballet! Everyone is delighted! The First Lady thanked our troupe, and the Gnesinka professors gave our guys a high rating.

He stressed that the large-scale creative event is the merit of the first lady, and from now on the summer school is planned to be held annually.

- The launch of the summer school project was initiated after the visit of Aigul Zhaparova to Moscow, where she met with the leadership and faculty of the Gnessin Academy of Music, - reminded Almazbek Istambaev. - After that, the idea was worked out and discussed in Bishkek, and then it was presented at the cultural summit of the CIS countries, where a competition of similar initiatives was held. We have won! Returning to Bishkek, we met with Aigul Japarova again, discussed the budget, and she fully supported us. Then I proposed to "dilute" the creative school on the shore of Issyk-Kul with the ballet "Swan Lake". And we succeeded!

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Aigul Japarova thanked the organizers of the summer school, the teachers of Gnesinka and noted that she was ready to continue to support joint cultural projects aimed at strengthening friendship and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, Rossiyskaya Gazeta wrote.
