The "Programmer/Developer" role remains the core of the market, accounting for 30.8% of all IT vacancies and showing a 19.3% increase compared to 2024. The median offered salary for this role stands at 64,009 soms.
Other rapidly growing directions include:

- Project Manager: +24.2%
- System Administrator: +21.3%
The highest median salary offers were recorded for the following leadership and technical positions:
- Chief Information Officer (CIO): 87,462 soms
- Project Manager: 81,899 soms ($936)
- DevOps Engineer: 78,408 soms ($896)
Despite the growth in vacancies, the competition index has reached 12.3, meaning an average of 12 resumes are submitted for every one opening. This index rose by 2.5% over the year, indicating a tightening job market and increased rivalry among IT professionals.
