It is planned to launch a line for the assembly of Korean-made cars of the Kia Sportage model in Kazakhstan, Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan Kairbek Uskenbaev said. He shared his plans to launch a new car assembly line, Kazinform reports.
“We are launching a new production line for the Kia Sportage. I think it will be launched in January and production will increase. We are negotiating with Hyundai, because now they have launched an investment program. Next year they are going to build three factories with Chinese partners, and new models will also come,” Uskenbaev said on the sidelines of a meeting of the government of Kazakhstan.
“In the period from 2023 to 2037, the modernization of heating networks will be carried out in stages. As part of the first stage, from 2023 to 2030, it is planned to replace heating networks with a length of 1.6 thousand km, these are networks with wear and tear of more than 75%,” the head of the Ministry of Industry said.
