From January to November 2022, Kumtor replenished the state budget of Kyrgyzstan by 27 billion 772 million 173.9 thousand soms. Such data are provided by the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan, Akchabar reports.
Of these, the budget received 9 billion 423 million 124.8 thousand soms in the form of a tax on Kumtor's gross income and another 18 billion 349 million 49.2 thousand soms - in the form of payment for the development of the mineral resource base of the republic.
It should be noted that in November the gold mining company transferred 712 million 863.3 thousand soms of tax on gross income to the treasury. There were no receipts from the payment for the development of the raw material base in November.
The state budget of Kyrgyzstan for 2022 was approved at the level of 282 billion soms or ;3.3 billion at the current exchange rate.
