At a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, the parliament of Kyrgyzstan, where the report on the implementation of the 2023 republican budget was reviewed, Japarov also noted that the government continues to actively support regional development. Specifically, significant funds amounting to almost 7 billion soms were allocated for the development of cities such as Jalal-Abad, Karakol, Kara-Balta, Tokmok, Balykchy, and Talas.
In particular, Jalal-Abad was allocated 2.2 billion soms, Karakol 2 billion soms, Kara-Balta and Tokmok 1 billion soms each, and Balykchy and Talas 300 million soms each.
Cabinet head Japarov emphasized that the volume of capital investments in the country has significantly increased.

"As for educational institutions, we have reached a record level of construction over the past three years.
