In Kyrgyzstan, more than 180 joint ventures with German capital are successfully operating in various sectors of the economy, announced the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, speaking at the Kyrgyz-German business forum in Munich, reports Akchabar.

Japarov highlighted the positive dynamics of Kyrgyz-German relations, emphasizing that Kyrgyzstan is conducting large-scale reforms in all areas, including the economy.

"For further economic growth in Kyrgyzstan and the implementation of infrastructure projects, investments are critically important. To support the new investment climate, regulatory acts have been adopted to strengthen investor confidence and protect their interests. At the same time, investors are guaranteed 24/7 access to the country's leadership," he said, addressing German businesspeople.

Japarov invited German businesspeople to visit Kyrgyzstan in the summer of 2025 for the "Day of Germany's Economy in Kyrgyzstan," expressing hope for strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation.

The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - head of the presidential administration, Akylbek Japarov, arrived in Munich and held talks with the Prime Minister of Bavaria (Federal Republic of Germany), Markus Söder.

He came to Bavaria to participate in a meeting of the Kyrgyz-German Business Council and the Kyrgyz-German business forum on the theme: "Day of the Economy of Kyrgyzstan."

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further development of bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Bavaria, focusing on cooperation in the fields of economy, education, and advanced technologies.

Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder noted that Bavaria is open to cooperation with Kyrgyzstan and is ready to consider new initiatives. He emphasized the importance of joint projects in sustainable development and the economy, as well as opportunities for expanding business contacts between entrepreneurs on both sides.

In conclusion, the parties expressed interest in deepening trade, economic, and investment partnerships and in the broader introduction of advanced German technologies into various sectors of Kyrgyzstan's economy.
