Mohammad Sadiq, Pakistani Special envoy for Afghanistan, stated on social media platform X that, during the discussions, both parties shared concerns about the growing terrorist threats, including the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM), Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), and Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP). These groups pose significant challenges to the stability and security of the region, and both Pakistan and China reaffirmed their commitment to tackling these threats collaboratively.
In addition, both sides agreed to hold pending trilateral and multilateral meetings focused on Afghanistan.
