Public trust in the government in the Kyrgyz Republic has reached a record high, increasing by 18% over the past year. This is according to the results of the Public Confidence Index survey for the second half of 2025. According to the National Statistical Committee, the index reached a historic high of 46.2 points, 24.kg reports.

This was announced by Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, at a regular staff meeting of the Presidential Administration.

The monitoring, conducted semiannually, covered all seven regions of the country, as well as the cities of Bishkek and Osh. The study objectively recorded an increase in public sentiment compared to 2024 levels.

Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that such significant growth is a direct result of the implementation of President Sadyr Japarov's policies.

"The significant increase in the index confirms the public's high level of confidence in the performance of the presidential team. The socioeconomic reforms of recent years demonstrate the increased effectiveness of government agencies and their focus on public demand," the Prime Minister noted.

Despite the record-breaking figures, the heads of government agencies and departments of the Presidential Administration have been instructed to maintain the current momentum. The following remain priorities:

  • Maintaining sustainable economic growth.
  • Promptly addressing public concerns.
  • Improving public feedback.
