More than 10,000 Russian joint ventures, providing more than 900,000 jobs, are deployed in the countries of Central Asia, Artem Chaika, President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Russia, said following the results of the Bishkek Investment Summit, Sputnik reports.
“Large joint projects are being successfully implemented. Only for the period from 2010 to 2021, the volume of accumulated Russian investments amounted to about $30.5 billion,” the Russian businessman said.
Also, the head of the ICIE of the Russian Federation noted that at the moment trade and economic ties are developing dynamically between Russia and Central Asia. Russia is one of the largest trade and economic partners of the countries of the region.
