Tajikistan is ready to support the initiatives of the SCO countries on mutually beneficial projects, Nazar Aziz Savzali, deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, said.
He spoke about this during the session "Industrial cooperation of the SCO member states in the era of global challenges" at the Innoprom-2023 exhibition, Sputnik reports.
At the moment, Tajikistan is creating a favorable investment climate that will contribute to the implementation of joint international projects, Savzali explained.
He noted that by 2030 it is planned to establish an association of investors of the SCO member states. This task was included in the roadmap approved following the meeting of the Council of Heads of the organization, which took place on July 4, 2023.
Speaking as participants in the summit, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon called the SCO a unique example of the interconnectedness of civilizations and cultures.
