Turkmenistan and China discuss issues of expanding trade and economic partnership

Issues of expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation were discussed during the meeting of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China, Parahat Durdyev, with representatives of the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Orient.tm reports with reference to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in China.

Representatives of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade were Yang Xiaozong, Deputy Head of the Department of Communications, Guo Xu, Head of the European Affairs Department of the Council's Communications Department, Zhu Yawei, Head of the European Affairs Department of the Bilateral Cooperation Department, Huang Haiyan, and Deputy Head of the European Affairs Department Department of Bilateral Cooperation of the Yu Fei Council.

Having familiarized the Chinese side with the investment environment of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen diplomat discussed the possibilities of attracting investments and improving entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan in the format of the Celestial Empire.

During the meeting, there was also a presentation of the city of national importance Arkadag, which will be built on the basis of the "smart city" concept. The guests were also presented with a book by the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
