In Istanbul, a meeting was held between the Consul General of Turkmenistan, M. Ovezov, and the leadership of the International Road Transport Association of Turkiye (UND). Representatives from Turkmenistan's Transport and Logistics Center also attended the meeting, according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."
The parties discussed innovative approaches to the development of transport and logistics, including the use of digital technologies to improve transport infrastructure. Particular attention was paid to strengthening cooperation between Turkmenistan and UND.
The meeting participants emphasized the importance of sustainable transport links on a global scale and noted the significance of Turkmenistan's international initiatives in this area.
Both sides expressed confidence in the prospects for increasing transit volumes in the region, especially in light of the large-scale modernization of Turkmenistan's international transport networks.
