The approval of the motto of 2023 became the main topic of the joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council of Turkmenistan, the state information agency TDH reports.
The meeting was chaired by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided that the year will be held under the slogan "Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar", which "was adopted on the basis of numerous proposals received from citizens," the agency reports.
"Next year's motto is a tribute of high respect to the president, who confidently leads the people and the country to new achievements and heights of progress in all areas," said Gulshat Mammedova, chairperson of the Mejlis, and presented the new year's emblem project. Both the motto and the emblem were approved by President Berdimuhamedov.
