Turkmenistan increases supplies of textiles through state exchange

Private textile companies of Turkmenistan are increasing their exports through the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the country, concluding more and more deals with buyers from the UK, China, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, Orient reports.

Among exporters, the number of individual enterprises is growing, including such as Khaiyrly Senagat, Rovshen, Sabyrly Egem, Dovranly Dovlet, Myakyam Ulag, the Saglyk economic society, as well as some individual entrepreneurs.

In the period from May 25 to June 5, Turkmen private companies concluded deals with foreign buyers through the GTSBT for the export of textile products for a total of $7.5 million.

Among the goods to which foreign buyers have shown interest are denim trousers, various types of fabrics, cotton yarn, terry towels, napkins, bathing sheets, bedding sets, blankets.

The increase in the supply of textile products by private entrepreneurs through the GTSBT testifies to the growing interest of foreign buyers in Turkmen goods and the reliability of the exchange as a trading intermediary.
