Turkmenistan replenished its aircraft fleet with second Boeing 777 airliner

A new Boeing 777-300ER passenger airliner, purchased within the framework of Turkmenistan's civil aviation modernization program, has been delivered to the International Airport of Ashgabat, the "Turkmenhovayollary" agency reports.

This is the second aircraft of this model recently acquired by Turkmenistan's airlines. The first one was delivered to the country on December 4 and is currently in operation on the Ashgabat – Bangkok route.

The second aircraft is designed to accommodate 368 passengers. It is equipped with two GE90-115BL2 engines and capable of undertaking transcontinental flights with a range of up to 11,390 km. The maximum commercial payload is 40 tons.

The latest airliner features an elevated level of comfort and includes cabins for three service classes: 40 seats in business class, 32 premium economy seats, and 296 seats in economy class.
