The number of "Golden Crown" cards in circulation is decreasing in Kyrgyzstan. As of the end of the second quarter of 2023, there were only 94,263 cards in the country, compared to 95,363 cards in the first quarter, as reported by "Akchabar."

Analyzing the past five years from 2018 to the present year, there has been a consistent decline in card usage. In the second quarter of 2018, there were over half a million cards in circulation (531,607). This means there has been a 5.6-fold reduction.

Furthermore, when looking at the trend, statistical data shows that there is a decrease in card usage every second quarter of the following year. The most significant reduction in card circulation was observed from 2020 to 2021, with a sharp decline of 70.2%.

Despite the decrease in the number of cards in circulation, "Golden Crown" continues to be a leader in Kyrgyzstan for both incoming and outgoing money transfers.

The Russian money transfer service "Golden Crown" allows for fee-free transfers within Russia and the CIS, both online and in cash at designated points.

The total population of Kyrgyzstan is 7 million people. About 1 million people live in Russia as labor migrants and use various money transfer systems to send their money to Kyrgyzstan. On average, Kyrgyz migrants annually transfer about $2 billion to Kyrgyzstan.
