The parties discussed issues of organizing export-import transportation of goods along this route between Uzbekistan and Russia, as well as other issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of transport and logistics.
In particular, the issues of increasing the number of permit forms for international road transport, the frequency of flights between cities of the two countries and the opening of a new route Tashkent - Yuzhny-Sakhalinsk were considered, according to a press release from the Uzbek Ministry of Transport.
