Citizens of 139 countries can enter Uzbekistan without a visa or having received it upon arrival, which makes the country the most hospitable in Central Asia, follows from the Welcoming Countries Rank-2023.
The rating is determined based on how many citizens can enter the country without a visa, either by obtaining a visa on arrival or by issuing an e-visa.
Uzbekistan took 25th place in the ranking, becoming the most hospitable country among the countries of Central Asia. Citizens of 139 countries can visit the country in a visa-free regime.
Tajikistan is ranked 49th in the ranking, Kyrgyzstan - 53rd, Kazakhstan - 54th. Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and North Korea closed the rating - these countries do not provide visa-free entry.
Uzbekistan is ranked between Armenia and Jordan.
