The importance of active youth participation in the modernization process of society through the development of their scientific potential and the acquisition of quality education is outlined in the "Uzbekistan – 2030" Strategy. Within this framework, the implementation of new educational programs aimed at developing skills necessary in the modern economy and entrepreneurship is planned. Additionally, the creation of youth small industrial zones is envisioned, serving as a platform for the realization of entrepreneurial projects. This move is expected to not only foster the development of youth entrepreneurship but also lead to the establishment of new jobs and, consequently, economic growth in the country.

An integral part of the strategy is the support for social and cultural projects aimed at enhancing the personal potential of the youth. The President emphasizes the need to provide conditions for the creative and cultural self-expression of young men and women.

In addition to this, the Uzbekistani government focuses on supporting young families and addressing the issue of divorces. Counseling programs are proposed to strengthen family values.
