Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of Tajikistan, Dilshod Safarzoda, and the Authorized Representative of Tajikistan to the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) of the CIS and Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of Tajikistan, Aziz Nabozoda, held negotiations with Oleg Storchev, the Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) of the CIS in Dushanbe, Avesta reports.
Storchev is in Tajikistan on an official visit, according to the statement.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current aspects of cooperation in ensuring flight safety, training, and the qualification improvement of aviation specialists.
An in-depth exchange of views took place on all directions of international cooperation in the field of civil aviation, and ways for further development of bilateral relations were outlined.
Both sides highly appreciated the level of cooperation between the IAC and Tajikistan's aviation authorities and expressed confidence in the need for closer collaboration in the investigation of aviation incidents, certification of aviation equipment, aerodromes, and equipment, air navigation, and the training of aviation specialists.
