Environmentalists from four Caspian states created Caspian House

The Caspian House has been established, bringing together environmental public organizations from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Turkmenistan, reports Orient.tm.

According to the Report portal, the creation of The Caspian House - organized as part of the project "The Caspian House: A Platform for Environmental Organizations of the Caspian Countries" by the Public Association "Promotion of Public Relations Development"- was financially supported by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Agency for State Support of Non-Governmental Organizations.

As part of the project, the following initiatives have been developed:

  • The website https://caspianhouse.org/home,
  • The world's first virtual environmental museum showcasing the green economy potential of the Caspian countries,
  • A book titled "From the Theory of the Noosphere to the Principles of Sustainable Development",
  • 360-degree video materials with VR technology demonstrating the decline of the Caspian Sea,
  • A video titled "Let’s Save the Caspian Together", highlighting the region's environmental issues.

The event was attended by representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, scientists, and environmentalists from the four countries.
