Kyrgyzstan propose to pay special attention to the education of young people, including by opening branches of European universities in the Central Asian countries, Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Moldogaziyev said speaking at the 18th EU-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting in Samarkand, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported.
In addition, in the context of a rather complicated and tense geopolitical situation in the world, ongoing instability in Afghanistan and new hotbeds of tension in different parts of the world, Kyrgyzstan noted the need to resolve all issues through political and diplomatic means.
The ministerial meeting also expressed common concern about rapid and irreversible climate change. In this context, the Kyrgyz side presented the Green Agenda Regional Program for Central Asia, which was adopted during the 4th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia on July 21, 2022 in Cholpon-Ata.
