A delegation from the Ministries of Employment and Labor, Justice, and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, along with the Korean Human Resources Development Service and the Korean Employment Information Service, held talks with the authorities of Tajikistan in Dushanbe, the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of Tajikistan reported.
During the meeting with the Korean delegation, Gulnora Khasanzoda, the head of the Tajik ministry, noted that the issue of diversifying labor migration is receiving special attention from the Government of Tajikistan and the ministry's leadership.
In particular, work is being done to implement a work permit system in Tajikistan for employment in South Korea based on a contract, allowing Tajik citizens to find employment in the Republic of Korea.
The parties discussed possibilities for training specialists to work in the Republic of Korea. To gain a more detailed understanding of the activities of institutions preparing personnel for work abroad, the guests visited the State Unitary Enterprise "Adult Education Center," the Foreign Employment Agency, the Center for Consulting and Training Labor Migrants before Departure, and the Engineering Pedagogical College in Dushanbe.
