Migrants transferred $286.9 million to Kyrgyzstan in October 2022, which is $5 million less than a month ago, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan reports.
In total, in January-October, Kyrgyz labor migrants transferred $2,498.4 billion to the country. This is $213.7 million more than in 2021. More than 97% of remittances go to Russia - $2 billion 381.88 million. 52.29 million dollars were transferred from the states to Kyrgyzstan, from the USA - 76.81 million dollars.
At the end of October, there was also an outflow of funds - 160.4 million dollars. The main part of the money was withdrawn to Russia - $ 94.9 million. For ten months, the outflow is estimated at $939.7 million.
According to the results of January-June, the net inflow of remittances in Kyrgyzstan received 1 billion 558.7 million dollars.
Last year, the volume of money transfers to the republic amounted to $2 billion 756.24 million. $562.77 million were transferred from Kyrgyzstan to other countries. Net inflow - 2 billion 193.47 million dollars.
