Revenues of state budget of Kyrgyzstan increased by third over year

State budget revenues in the period January-May in Kyrgyzstan 2023 amounted to 142 billion 920.2 million soms, which is 34.9% more than in the same period last year.

Such conclusions can be drawn according to the monthly reports of the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan on the execution of the budget, the Archabar.kg portal reports.

Revenues of the state budget of Kyrgyzstan by 75.5% are made up of tax revenues, which by June 2023 amounted to 107 billion 937.9 million soms. Most of these funds came to the treasury at the expense of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, which collected almost 69 billion soms. At the same time, the Customs Service provided more than 39 billion soms to the budget.

We add that non-tax budget revenues amounted to 30.9 billion soms.

The state budget of Kyrgyzstan in terms of revenues in 2022 was legally approved in the amount of 273.7 billion soms or $3.128 billion. In terms of expenditures, the state budget amounted to 304.4 billion soms or $3.48 billion.
