In Kyrgyzstan, Three Peaks ski cluster to welcome its first guests at end of year

The "Three Peaks" ski cluster in eastern Kyrgyzstan will be ready to welcome its first guests by the end of 2025, according to the "Kyrgyz Courchevel" State Enterprise under the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan, as reported by Vesti.kg.

Currently, the general plan for the Zhyrgalan tourist town has been developed by the state enterprise in cooperation with the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the State Construction Committee of Kyrgyzstan.

Planned Developments in Zhyrgalan:

The construction project envisions the establishment of:

  • Hotels (5-star, 4-star, and 3-star)
  • Resort and wellness complexes
  • Apartment buildings
  • Administrative buildings
  • A children's entertainment center
  • Technical service buildings for the complex
  • Shopping and entertainment centers
  • A yurt camp and glamping town
  • A mosque
  • A park and recreation areas
  • Guest parking lots

The height of buildings will not exceed six floors.

The Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan will be responsible for constructing 3-star hotels, while investors will be engaged in building other infrastructure. The ski and engineering infrastructure (electricity, roads, internet, drinking water, sewage systems) will be funded by the state budget.

Officials emphasized that all construction will comply with environmental regulations.
