Kyrgyzstan and UAE Discuss Employment of Migrants

Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, Ravshanbek Sabirov, and the Deputy Minister of Human Resources Development of the UAE, Ahmad Al-Naser, discussed cooperation on labor migration and employment issues in Bishkek, reports Akchabar.kg.

Sabirov expressed gratitude for the opportunity for dialogue and emphasized the importance of partnership relations with the UAE. He noted that under the leadership of the President of Kyrgyzstan, special attention is given to strengthening bilateral cooperation.

The main topic of discussion was the employment of Kyrgyz citizens in the UAE. The minister suggested enhancing collaboration in organized employment through a bilateral agreement and cooperation with UAE companies through the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad. He proposed implementing pre-training and skill development programs for Kyrgyz citizens to meet the UAE labor market's requirements.

Ahmad Al-Naser expressed his willingness to support countries with a similar culture. He mentioned that Kyrgyzstan would be invited to the upcoming labor market summit in the UAE and highlighted the transparency and accessibility of the cooperation policy.
