The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan appealed to the persons who kidnapped the first deputy chairman of the board of Orienbank Shukhrat Ismatulloev, Sputnik reports.

The statement claims that if Ismatulloev is released voluntarily, their punishment will be mitigated.

"If they appear in law enforcement agencies and admit their own guilt, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of Tajikistan, a mitigation measure will be applied to them," the Tajik Interior Ministry said.

The first deputy chairman of the board of "Orienbank" Shukhrat Ismatulloev was abducted in Dushanbe and since then no one has contacted his relatives or the bank's management.

It is reported that a criminal group of 4 people forced him into a black Hyundai Sonata car.

In accordance with this, a criminal case has been initiated and a preliminary investigation and operational-search measures are being carried out.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan has offered a $30,000 reward for help in solving the crime.
