Key areas of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Germany were discussed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat. The discussions were attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Ahmet Gurbanov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Turkmenistan Bernd Heinz, Orient.tm reports.
During the negotiations, the parties noted that relations between the two countries are currently developing on a systematic and long-term basis, relying on a solid legal framework.
The diplomats emphasized the high level of cooperation within international organizations, including the United Nations (UN).
The importance of holding regular meetings between the foreign affairs agencies of both countries was also acknowledged.
