In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the first specialized educational center for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones has opened at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Iskhak Razzakov, according to the press center of KSTU.
This development became possible thanks to fruitful partnerships with the Xi'an Tianyi Intelligent Control Education Technology company from China and the Xi'an Vocational College.
The new center aims to train highly qualified personnel capable of effectively applying advanced unmanned technologies in key areas such as geodesy, transportation, geoinformatics, and emergency response.
The establishment of such an educational platform is a significant achievement not only for Kyrgyzstan and China but for the entire Central Asian region.
Drones have become increasingly integrated into everyday life in Kyrgyzstan in recent years. These high-tech aerial devices are already used for monitoring agricultural lands, controlling construction activities, observing mining operations, and addressing other important tasks.
The demand for professional UAV operators in the country is constantly growing.
Collaboration between Kyrgyzstan and China in the field of unmanned technologies opens new horizons for training domestic specialists of international caliber.
Students will have the opportunity to learn from experts from China. In the future, the established educational center may become a fundamental platform for comprehensive study of unmanned systems for various purposes.
