Kazakhstan is going to ratify the agreement with Turkmenistan on mutual promotion and protection of investments, KazTAG reports.
"The Government of Kazakhstan has resolved to submit for consideration by the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan on Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investments," reads the draft resolution.
On October 10, President Tokayev of Kazakhstan arrived in Ashgabat for talks with President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The delegations signed a Declaration on Strengthening Friendship and Deepening Multifaceted Strategic Partnership, as well as a comprehensive program on this issue for 2025-2027.
According to the document, each country encourages and creates favorable conditions for investors in the other country in order to facilitate investments.
