Kyrgyzstan is complying with international sanctions and continues to closely cooperate with the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States on export control issues. This was stated by Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev at a media meeting, 24.kg reports.
According to Kulubayev, the country's President, the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Bank, and other government agencies are involved in this work.
Kyrgyzstan regularly explains to its foreign partners the reasons for the growth in trade with individual countries, emphasizing that the increase in imports is related to the supply of equipment for domestic infrastructure projects, and that all dual-use goods undergo mandatory inspection.
