New Boeing 777 airliner delivered to Turkmenistan

In Turkmenistan, the first of the two Boeing 777-300ER passenger planes, procured under the National Program for the Development of Civil Aviation in Turkmenistan until 2030 in accordance with the Decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has been delivered, as reported by Turkmenportal.tm.

The aircraft with the registration number EZ-A781 is designed for 368 seats, including 40 in business class, 32 in premium economy, and 296 in economy class. Passengers of the new aircraft will enjoy spacious cabins, comfortable seats, individual entertainment systems, and an improved pressure system.

"The aircraft is equipped with two GE90-115BL2 engines, has a flight range of 11,390 km, and can seamlessly perform long-haul international flights with a commercial payload of up to 40,000 kg," according to a press release from the "Turkmenhovayollary" agency.

The new aircraft from the globally renowned Boeing company will meet the transportation needs of the population of Turkmenistan and expand the geography of air transportation, commented the agency.

The Boeing 777-300ER is a modern wide-body passenger aircraft known for its high reliability, fuel efficiency, and comfort. Its engines are the most powerful in the world, allowing for long-haul flights to various regions globally.

The fleet of Turkmenistan Airlines includes only Boeings of various modifications consisting of 25 aircraft. The fleet previously included Boeing 777s and is now expanding to 5 units.
