Turkmenistan positions the forum "as an important and timely opportunity for a broad and respectful international dialogue, a platform for presenting constructive and creative approaches and views on the fate of the world, the current state of global political, socio-cultural, geo-economic, and humanitarian relations, their trends and prospects."

The event has invited the leaders of more than 10 countries, including heads of Central Asian states, Russia, and organizations such as the SCO, CIS, ECO, and UNESCO. Mongolia will be the guest of honor.

A meeting between the presidents of Russia and Iran is planned during the forum.

What does Ashgabat expect from the forum?

- Political dialogue in the format of consultations and free exchange of opinions.
- Deepening integration with other Central Asian countries, especially in the energy and trade sectors.
- Discussion of regional security issues, primarily related to Afghanistan.
- Drawing attention to Turkmenistan as an important transport hub in the system of economic routes through Central Asia from China to Europe and the Middle East.
