Ding Xuexiang noted that the implementation of the fourth phase of the Galkynysh project reflects the sincere expectations of the top leaders of both countries and embodies the shared aspirations of the Chinese and Turkmen peoples.

"We are confident that the project will prioritize quality in order to transform this sought-after facility into an industrial complex that meets the highest international standards," the Chinese Vice Premier emphasized.

He expressed confidence that the joint efforts of the parties will make the project a benchmark for modern production and a source of valuable experience for major gas initiatives in the region.

The Chinese special representative also stated that both sides adhere to the principles of mutually beneficial partnership, striving to turn the project into a symbol of Chinese-Turkmen friendship and ensure its further strengthening.

During meetings with Turkmen leaders, Ding Xuexiang conveyed cordial greetings from Chinese President Xi Jinping. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in turn, asked him to convey sincere greetings to the head of the People's Republic of China.
